We are a service company. We do not trade goods; we source on behalf of our clients. We offer a completely transparent service with no hidden costs and encourage our clients to visit the factories, with whom we work on their behalf. Bilcotex receives compensation only from its clients or principals.​
We only recommend companies where there is no violation or abuse of human rights, child-labor laws and factory-safety standards. This has been our policy from the beginning of our business.
